Doc Bresler's Cavity Busters is looking for a Dental Educator to join our Community Outreach department. This is an immediate, full-time or part-time position. You must be able to work weekends as needed.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Community Outreach – Educator is responsible for marketing our business to the schools/community
KEY DUTIES
- Schedule six – ten in person oral health presentations to schools, camps or day cares per week to target audience (children ages 2-6)
- Seek unidentified potential leads and prospect for new targets
- Build ongoing relationship with your site visits
- Participate in three – five community events per month i.e. health fairs, story time at library, parades, car shows, etc.
- Organize and Manage weekly video of Tuesday tooth fairy tales
- Organize and distribute one team building in office activity per month
- Monitor current trends on Tik tok and other social media avenues to create content applicable to pediatric dentistry or fun working environment
- Creation and execution of quarterly Philanthropic spot lights must be relative to pediatric dentistry, children and healthcare
- Oversee marketing inventory
- Track ROI and cost analysis of each event
- Develop a list of potential holiday gifts for Healthcare Providers office
- Schedule monthly meeting with Dr. Rachel Bresler to discuss needs and/or concerns
- Maintain company Facebook and Instagram pages relative to events you participate in
- Manage company raffles
- Manage employees within the educational program (educators and packers)
- Coordinate additional staff for events (must receive authorization from employee’s Manager if outside the department)
- Maintain master data list
- Weekly Friday email sent to owners detailing scheduled events/activities for the upcoming week

- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and act independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Variable work hours, depending on Community Outreach Department needs
- Other duties as assigned
