This job entails mainly daytime working hours. The average shift is 10am to 8pm. The P and D drivers move trailers to and from our terminals and our customers docks, as well some delivery work. Some lifting is involved although it is mainly drop and hook. Routes operate Monday through Friday days. Drivers start and end their day at their home terminal. Pay is hourly with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays and vacation, as well as a retirement program. Drivers are paid for their entire time at work.
