Patient Services Manager for Miracle-Ear
Full Time | Bend, Oregon
About the Opportunity
Central Oregon Miracle-Ear is a third generation, family owned business with a long history of helping people reconnect with the world around them through better hearing. We’re proud of where we’ve come from, and we’re even more excited about where we’re going!
Now we’re looking for a full time Patient Services Manager to join our Bend location and grow alongside us.
We aren’t simply looking for someone to fill a position. We’re looking for a unique person who fits our culture, wants to grow personally and professionally, and is excited to be part of a winning team!
This opportunity is for someone who wants more than just a job. Someone who enjoys taking on new challenges, pushing their own boundaries, and discovering what they’re capable of alongside motivated, like minded people.
If you like getting things done, solving problems, helping others succeed, and making things better than you found them, you’ll probably feel right at home here!
Our Patient Services Manager is at the center of the patient experience, helping create an incredible visit while keeping the office organized, productive, and moving forward.
Who We’re Looking For
You Have a Sense of Urgency
You understand that things matter and don’t let tasks sit around waiting to be handled. When something needs attention, you take action, follow through, and keep it moving.
You’re Flexible
Most of your time will be spent in our Bend office, but we’re looking for someone who is willing to occasionally travel to and support our other Central Oregon locations. Plans change, healthcare offices stay busy, and you’re comfortable adjusting when needed.
You’re a Strong Multitasker
A ringing phone, a changing schedule, patient questions, and an office that needs to stay organized can all happen at once! You’re able to manage multiple priorities while recognizing what needs your attention first.
You’re Driven by Accomplishment
You enjoy the feeling of getting things done. Whether it’s solving a problem, completing a project, hitting a goal, or simply making the day run better, you take pride in seeing real progress.
You Take Initiative
You don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do next. You notice what needs attention and take ownership of it. If you don’t know how to do something, you ask questions, find the answer, and figure it out.
You’re Great With People
You genuinely enjoy helping others. Whether you’re supporting a patient or a teammate, you take pride in making people feel cared for and helping them succeed.
You Have High Emotional Intelligence
You communicate well, understand people and situations, and recognize that feedback is part of growth. You’re able to give and receive it professionally, learn from it, and keep moving forward.
You Care About Culture
You understand that winning teams are built through trust, accountability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to support one another. You don’t just want to work within a great culture. You want to help strengthen it!
What You’ll Do
As our Patient Services Manager, you’ll play an important role in both the patient experience and the day to day success of the office. Responsibilities will include:
- Creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient
- Answering phones and helping patients with scheduling and questions
- Making outbound calls to fill openings and protect the schedule
- Managing appointments and maintaining an organized, productive schedule
- Supporting our hearing specialists and preparing them for successful patient appointments
- Handling patient paperwork, administrative tasks, and office communication
- Keeping the office organized, clean, and running smoothly
- Following up with patients and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service
- Identifying problems and taking the initiative to help solve them
- Managing multiple priorities throughout the day
- Supporting teammates and helping the entire office succeed
- Occasionally assisting at our other Central Oregon locations
- Taking on new responsibilities and opportunities as the company continues to grow
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full time position with a pay increase after the first 90 days. The position also includes benefits and opportunities to earn performance based bonuses!
What Matters Most to Us
Experience is valuable, but who you are and how you approach your work matters even more.
We want someone who is dependable, motivated, coachable, and proud of the work they do. Someone who notices what needs to be done and does it, asks questions when they don’t know the answer, and welcomes feedback because they genuinely want to improve.
We’re looking for someone who cares about the people around them, enjoys helping the team win, and wants to keep growing both within our company and as an individual.
As a third generation family business, our culture means a lot to us. We’re building a team of people who challenge themselves, support one another, take on greater responsibility, celebrate wins, and continually become better at what they do!
If you’re looking for an opportunity to make an impact, challenge yourself, help people, and grow alongside an ambitious team, we’d love to meet you!
