We're a locally owned, family-run cleaning company looking to add a dependable part-time cleaner to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in detail, & wants consistent weekday hours with room to grow.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday only
- Daytime shifts (typically 3-6 hours per day)
- No weekends required
- Flexible placement based on client schedule
What You'll Be Doing
- General residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing)
- Following established cleaning procedures & quality standards
- Working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicating professionally with team members & clients
- Helping maintain a positive client experience in every home
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Ability to work independently & follow directions
- Positive, dependable work ethic
- Ability to lift & carry standard cleaning supplies
- Willingness to learn & take feedback
- Residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check & drug screening
- Valid driver's license required
Pay & Growth
- Training pay(2 weeks): $12/hour
- After training: $15/hour
- Up to $18/hour after 90 days based on performance, reliability, & attendance
