Location: South Charleston, WV, 25303
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Support and manage client accounts
- Assist customers with orders and account needs
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships
- Communicate with clients regarding products, services, and order status
- Process and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain organized files and account information
- May perform other duties as required
- Previous office experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
