Responsibilities

You will conduct routine and opening inspections of offices, facilities, and/or locations of licensees to ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations.

You will answer questions that licensees have about the inspection process.

You will prepare inspection reports and explain to licensees the basis for the corrective actions required.

You will conduct follow-up inspections detailing whether the required corrective actions were taken.

You will prepare and present documentation to the Investigative Review Committee (IRC) for non-compliance situations.

You will work closely with Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) and testify at hearings, as needed.

You will ensure information, documents and reports are properly uploaded into the Agency’s system.
