Mariee Bridal is an award-winning bridal boutique located in Scottsdale with an outstanding reputation for customer service. Established in Scottsdale for over 20 years we specialize in couture bridal gowns from leading international designers priced from $2500-$10,000 and we are now hiring for a Bridal Support Associate to join our well-established team. This will be a part-time position, with you working every Saturday and Sunday. This role serves as an ideal entry point into the exciting world of the wedding industry, and for candidates interested in fashion.
Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:
- You will manage the front desk including answering the phone and responding to emails in a professional manner consistent with our standards of service. This includes scheduling appointments and responding to our brides via phone and email.
- You will assist in maintaining the store's cleanliness and overall appearance. Cleaning duties are dispersed across the entire staff.
- You will assist our consultants in dressing mannequins, putting away dresses and accessories, and making sure the store is presentable at all times.
Job requirements:
- We are looking for a friendly and positive individual who is a good communicator and enjoys being in a customer facing position, and enjoys working in a highly professional manner. You should have a minimum of 1 years in a customer facing position either in the service industry or a retail environment.
- We are a small team so team fit is essential. We typically employ energetic, humble, and hard-working individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and are passionate about weddings. This is a customer facing role so you should genuinely enjoy working with all types of potential customers.
- We aspire for an extremely high standard of hygiene and subsequently all of our employees are expected to contribute to the cleaning and general upkeep of the store.
- This is a great entry level position for those interested in the wedding or fashion industry.
