NuGlo Medical Aesthetics is seeking a licensed Medical Esthetician to join our growing practice in historic downtown Belmont.

Position Details
Type: Independent Contractor (1099) with full schedule autonomy
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus commission (commensurate with experience)
Location: Historic downtown Belmont practice setting

Qualifications
Active state license as an Esthetician or Medical Esthetician, with specialized training in medical-grade procedures
Proven experience performing advanced treatments (e.g., medical facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling)
In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and advanced treatment protocols
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strict commitment to safety protocols, sanitation, and state compliance standards
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality aesthetic procedures with precision, safety, and care in a clean, sterile environment.
Client Consultation & Retention: Assess client needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide personalized recommendations to achieve optimal results.
Retail & Education: Educate clients on home-care regimens and recommend medical-grade products to enhance treatment outcomes.
Client Experience: Deliver attentive, professional service throughout every visit to ensure a seamless, high-end experience.
Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, advanced skincare innovations, and emerging treatment techniques.
