Position: ABA Care Coordinator
Summary: The Care Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless facilitation of treatment services for families and clients. This position involves close coordination with families, therapists, and BCBA professionals to guarantee effective service delivery and maintain the highest standards of care.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with families and BCBAs to support treatment progress and ensure timely staffing..
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor treatment progress and satisfaction, resolving issues as needed.
- Staffing: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to facilitate timely staffing for approved treatment hours.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain MeasurePM and Monday.com platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Audits: Conduct audits, ensuring families receive the necessary treatment hours and assist in facilitating makeup sessions to support their needs.
- Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and promptly respond to inquiries via designated platforms and channels.
- Task Execution: Execute all other tasks as assigned, while upholding Yellow Bus ABA policies and professional standards.

Experience:
- Previous experience in ABA is preferred, but we are open to candidates with minimal experience.
Job Type: Full-time- In-Person
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (36.25 hours per week)
- Compensation: Hourly rate of $24.00 – $26.50, based on experience and qualifications
