Duties
- Assist clients with questions regarding health insurance, supplemental benefits, and coverage options.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and help ensure applications are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with clients regarding required documentation, eligibility verification, and enrollment status updates.
- Educate clients on available health, dental, vision, and ancillary coverage options based on their needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information within internal systems as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to clients regarding policy changes, renewals, and account maintenance.
- Communicate with insurance carriers and internal teams to help resolve client questions and service requests.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on products, regulations, and industry updates.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- Sales, customer service, healthcare, or insurance experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
