Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Operators to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and materials handling, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. As a Pallet Jack Operator, you will play a crucial role in the shipping and receiving process, ensuring that products are accurately picked, loaded, and unloaded.
Duties
- Operate pallet jacks and other heavy equipment to move products within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking tasks using RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials to avoid damage.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Follow OSHA guidelines to promote safety in all operations.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper mechanical functioning.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, including construction tasks or operating forklifts and clamp trucks.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on heavy equipment operation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order picking processes.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards related to warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
