Overview
Frederick Institute is seeking a dedicated and experienced CAC-AD Supervisor to lead our Opioid Treatment Program at our Frederick location. Duties
- Supervise clinical staff providing addiction counseling, mental health support, and case management within the opioid treatment setting.
- Oversee patient intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning to ensure individualized care.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining thorough medical records and notes using appropriate medical terminology.
- Implement evidence-based interventions such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral health strategies tailored to diverse patient needs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated care approaches including child & family counseling, crisis intervention, and community outreach.
- Monitor program performance through regular audits and quality assurance measures to uphold regulatory standards and best practices in addiction medicine.
- Promote a positive team environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement in patient care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Certified Associate Counselor-Alcohol and Drug (CAC-AD) with approved supervisor status.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, counseling techniques, and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support the professional growth of staff members.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in the behavioral health field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
