Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistant with an interest or experience in vestibular and neurological rehabilitation. The ideal candidate is eager to advance their clinical expertise while working in an outpatient setting that values quality care over high-volume productivity. This position includes a structured mentorship opportunity, offering hands-on guidance and continuing education in vestibular and neuro PT, making it an excellent role for both newer clinicians and those looking to deepen their specialty skills.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with vestibular and neurological conditions, as well as a general outpatient caseload.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and strategies for recovery. - Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship sessions.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
Qualifications:
- Active state Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date). - Strong interest or experience in vestibular and neuro rehabilitation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based practice.

Projected Total Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
