About the Opportunity:
The Logistics Specialist supports day-to-day plant logistics operations by assisting with intralogistics activities, maintaining logistics systems and documentation, and helping resolve operational issues on the production floor. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in an OEM manufacturing environment who enjoys working cross-functionally to support efficient material flow and production operations.
What You'll Do:

Support daily intralogistics operations and material flow within the manufacturing plant.

Investigate logistics issues on the production floor and work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.

Maintain and update logistics documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Support logistics system updates and ensure data accuracy.

Assist with production steering and production planning activities to support operational objectives.

Monitor logistics processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce disruptions.

Collaborate with production, warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure timely material availability.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience in logistics, intralogistics, production planning, or material flow within an OEM or manufacturing environment

Familiarity with logistics or ERP systems and Microsoft Office
-
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
-
Ability to spend a significant portion of the day on the production floor investigating and resolving logistics issues
