Your Role
As a Pediatric Nurse at TrustCare Kids, you’ll be a vital partner in care—offering clinical expertise, compassionate service, and unwavering support to both patients and providers. Whether you’re assisting with minor procedures, educating parents, or comforting a nervous child, you’ll be making a lasting impact every single day. What You'll Do
- Support our providers by preparing patients for exams, documenting medical history, and taking vital signs

Deliver compassionate care through triage, patient education, and follow-ups

Administer medications and assist in minor procedures safely and accurately

Perform clinical and laboratory testing in compliance with OSHA and CLIA standards

Obtain, process, and track lab specimens with precision

Ensure medical instruments are properly sterilized and equipment is safely maintained

Manage referrals, pre-certifications, and prior authorizations to ensure a smooth care experience

Stock, organize, and track clinic supplies so your team is always ready

Promote a culture of safety by following all infection control procedures and risk reduction practices

Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment—and jump in wherever needed!
Position Details & Work Environment
- Type of Role: Full-time, Non-exempt

Schedule: 3/2 split rotation; 12-hour shifts during the week; Saturday and Sunday 8 AM–5 PM

Work Environment: Pediatric clinic setting with frequent walking, standing, lifting, and patient interaction

Qualifications to Shine
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Mississippi

Minimum of 2 years of clinical pediatric experience

Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care

Familiarity with EMR systems preferred

Strong understanding of clinical safety, risk management, and infection control
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
