We’re looking for a Maintenance (MT) Landscape Crew Member to support daily field operations and help deliver exceptional service to our clients safely and efficiently.
About the Role
As an MT Landscape Crew Member, you are a key part of the Maintenance Division. You’ll work alongside your Foreman and crew to complete scheduled maintenance services while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, operating equipment, working outdoors, and contributing to a team-oriented environment. During winter months, this role may assist with snow operations as needed.
What You’ll Do

Communicate with your Foreman to plan daily work and assist with loading/unloading trucks and materials

Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning (3 D’s), bed weeding, and general landscape maintenance

Safely operate landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, saws, and snow equipment

Complete jobs on time while meeting quality and budget standards

Conduct daily vehicle, tool, and job site inspections

Follow all safety and PPE guidelines

Maintain clean, organized trucks, equipment, and job sites

Communicate professionally with customers and support overall team goals

Qualifications:
Required:
-
1+ year experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or related field
-
Ability to operate landscape maintenance equipment (or willingness to learn)

Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
-
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, and cold weather
-
Strong understanding of safety practices and PPE compliance
Preferred:
-
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record highly preferred

Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills
-
Experience driving truck and trailer
-
Availability for Saturday overtime during peak season (April–June)
