Responsibilities
- Erect structural steel for commercial and industrial buildings
- Install beams, columns, joists, decking, and metal panels
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Bolt-up and connect structural steel members
- Weld and fabricate steel components as required
- Install reinforcing steel (rebar), wire mesh, and post-tension systems
- Operate aerial lifts, forklifts, and other construction equipment
- Rig materials safely for crane picks
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Work efficiently at heights and in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Previous ironworking or construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
- Welding certifications are a plus
- NCCER or other trade certifications are a plus

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
