We are actively seeking a Journeyman Equipment Technician Shop/Field in Bridgeport, CT. You will be working on construction equipment in a modern dealership with a rental fleet. Role involves both field work in a service truck and shop-based diagnostics and repairs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years diesel experience (must-have)
- Advanced expertise in hydraulics, electrical, and diagnostics (must-have)
- Valid driver's license (must-have)
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues in the field (must-have)
- Own tools preferred (must-have)
- Commercial Driver's License for fleet trucks and trailers (Not required but preferred)
- Spanish bilingual (Not required but preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45–$55/hour (based on experience)

Hours:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- No on-call requirements
