Legacy Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Seamless Gutter Installer / Crew Lead to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys working outdoors.

What You'll Do
- Lead a seamless gutter installation crew.
- Install 5", 6", and specialty seamless gutter systems.
- Install downspouts, gutter guards, fascia, soffit, and related components.
- Make hand cut Miters.
- Operate gutter machines and installation equipment safely.
- Read work orders and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
- Provide excellent customer service on every project.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of seamless gutter installation experience.
- Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Reliable transportation.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay based on experience.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus after successful completion of 90 days of employment for Crew Lead.
