Roofing & Siding Field Supervisor
We are looking for a dependable, organized individual to oversee residential roofing and siding projects throughout our service area.
This position involves visiting job sites, checking on crew progress, making sure materials and equipment are available, addressing issues that arise, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate well with both crews and customers, solve problems quickly, and keep jobs running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Visit active job sites daily to monitor progress and quality of work Communicate with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and office staff. Ensure materials, dumpsters, equipment, and deliveries are scheduled and available when needed. Identify and resolve jobsite issues before they cause delays. Conduct site inspections and maintain safety standards. Meet with homeowners when necessary to answer questions or address concerns. Document project progress with notes and photos. Assist with scheduling and coordinating crews. Help ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in roofing, siding, construction, or a related field preferred, but not necessary.. Leadership or crew management experience is a plus. Ability to read work orders, measurements, and project details. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license. Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between job sites.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
