Location: Face-to-face at Mayville State University, Mayville, ND and Online

Job Description:
Mayville State University seeks an adjunct instructor for the Fall 2026 semester to teach two sections of Criminal Justice 330: Criminal Law and Procedure, one on campus (Tuesdays and Thursdays, noon to 1:15 PM) and one online. Future additional courses for the instructor are anticipated to be available depending upon the needs of the program. The university recently added the Criminal Justice major and is looking to grow the program.
Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree

Teaching experience face-to-face and online, or professional experience in a criminal justice field
Preferred Qualifications:

Doctorate degree
- Professional experience in a criminal justice related field

Experience teaching in higher education.

Experience teaching face-to-face and in an online environment

Background/experience in applying instructional technology as a tool in education.
