Job Summary

This energetic position involves performing a variety of groundskeeping, landscaping, and maintenance tasks to ensure our landscapes are vibrant, healthy, and inviting. Whether working on planting, mowing, or installing hardscape features, you will contribute to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, functional areas that inspire and delight. Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to keep grounds pristine and healthy
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls by performing repairs or installations as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment
- Perform snow removal or winter maintenance tasks during colder months to keep outdoor areas accessible and safe
Requirements
- Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools is essential
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols
- Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail in lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and overall grounds upkeep
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. (This position requires working outside in extreme weather conditions. i.e. heat, rain, cold, snow)
