Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do

Meet with pre-set buyer and seller appointments
-
Conduct consultations and guide clients through the buying/selling process

Convert appointments into signed agreements and closed transactions

Maintain pipeline and follow-up using provided systems

Host and convert open house opportunities
-
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients

Participate in coaching and skill development sessions
Qualifications:

Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
