Creative Behavior Solutions, LLC is expanding our team and looking for great candidates to fill our Behavior Technician (BT) full and part time positions at our Largo, St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Fl clinics.

In this position you will be trained to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and will work directly with children and young adolescents with Autism and developmental disabilities helping to teach important skills that will change their lives using Applied Behavior Analysis.
Your Duties as a Behavior Technician:
- Creating fun and therapeutic learning experience for children
- Working 1 on 1 with children
- Follow a written behavior plan
- Track behaviors and progress

Sign-on Bonus Opportunity!
Join our team and earn a sign-on bonus:
- $250 if you are a fully credentialed RBT in good standing
- $500 if you are Florida Medicaid credentialed and in good standing
Job Requirements:
- Must be a RBT or willing to become one within 90 days of hire
- Current RBT's must be in good standing with the BACB.
- Must be willing to become CPR/Frist Aid certified within 90 days hire
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must pass level II background screening
