Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Partner with leadership on financial insights and reporting
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of accounting experience

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
