Job Title: LPN – Long Term Care
Location: Hilo, HI 96720
Shift: Shift - 8 hour shifts - Varied -including weekends, holidays. Candidate Must Be Flexible - No guarantee of hours or shift preference.
Position Overview:
We are hiring a dedicated LPN – Long Term Care for a facility located on the hospital campus in Hilo, HI. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Medication administration
- Notify MD/NP of pertinent clinical information
- Admit and discharge residents
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Gastrostomy Tube (G-Tube) care
- Urinary Catheter care
- Nebulizer treatments
- Wound Vac management
- CPAP care
- Tracheostomy care
- Other assigned nursing duties
Requirements:
- Active Hawaii LPN License
- LTC experience preferred
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Ability to work flexible, varied shifts
- Must be comfortable working weekends and holidays
- Reliable and adaptable
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Travel nursing
Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,200.00 per week
