Who We Are
Secret Burger Kitchen is not a normal burger brand.
We built around Notorious Flavor, house-made seasoning, house-made sauces, smash burger, wings and more.
SBK Mobile takes that energy on the road.
The truck is where the brand meets the street, the event, the neighborhood, the catering guest, and the community. It is smaller, faster, louder, and more exposed than a restaurant. Guests can see the work. They can feel the energy.
That is why we are hiring Mobile Flavor Ambassadors.
What This Role Is
You are part of the Team.
You help bring SBK to the streets . The food you build, the line you move, the guest you greet, the way you clean, the way you recover, and the way you represent the brand all matter.
This is not just a food truck job.
This is mobile hospitality, kitchen execution, brand energy, and controlled chaos done the SBK way.
What You Will Own
- Execute food truck stations with speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and pride.
- Prepare and serve SBK menu items according to recipe, portion, build, and presentation standards.
- Help with truck setup, service, restocking, breakdown, cleaning, and event execution.
- Support loading and unloading product, packaging, beverages, equipment
- Keep the line moving while protecting the guest experience.
- Communicate clearly with the team during rushes, shortages, delays, or equipment issues.
- Follow food safety standards every shift: temps, labeling, holding, FIFO, sanitation, and clean-as-you-go execution.
- Protect the truck, the food, the guest, and the SBK vibe.
- Cross-train across prep, grill, fry, expo, service, POS support, and event flow.

Requirements
- Must be have 2+ year line cook experience.
- Valid Washington Food Worker Card required or must be obtained before food-handling shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in hot, loud, fast-paced kitchen conditions.
- Ability to work outdoors and in changing weather.
- Reliable transportation to assigned truck location, commissary, or event site.
- Weekend, evening, and event availability required.
Preferred, Not Required
- Restaurant, food truck, catering, QSR, or hospitality experience.
- Grill, fryer, prep, expo, or POS experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for future setup/driver responsibilities.
- Interest in growing into a Truck Lead, Mobile Shift Lead, or future SBK operations role.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
