Big Whale Consignment is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Weekend Shop Associate to support in-store operations, customer service, and sales. This role is ideal for someone who excels in retail, working with customers, operations and sales.
Schedule (Required)
- Saturday: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required; this position is Saturday & Sunday only.
Compensation
Responsibilities
- Cashiering and point-of-sale interactions
- Providing friendly, attentive customer service
- Drive in-store sales and address customer questions (training provided)
- Supporting basic social media ads and promotional content (training provided)
- Maintaining shop appearance, including:
- Cleaning and sweeping
- Organizing and general upkeep
- Supporting day-to-day shop operations as needed
- Must be able to lift 75lbs

- Prior retail or customer-facing experience (1-2 years) required
