Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – School-Based Position
Community Connections ABA Services is seeking a dedicated and reliable Behavior Technician to provide ABA services to children in a school-based setting.
This position requires a professional who understands the importance of consistency and attendance, as our clients depend on their Behavior Technician’s support to successfully participate in their educational environment.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Summer: Services are provided in our clinic/office setting.
- School Year: Services are provided within the school setting.

Important
This position requires a high level of commitment. The children we serve rely on their Behavior Technician to attend school and participate in daily activities successfully. Frequent call-outs, attendance issues, or unreliable schedules can significantly impact a child’s progress and educational experience.

Qualifications
- RBT or ABAT Certification required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA services is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening and meet employment requirements
