Katrina’s Creative Learning Center is seeking a loving, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual who is passionate about working with young children and interested in building a rewarding career as a Preschool Teacher.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who will foster a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment while supporting each child’s growth and learning.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Use and implement the Creative Curriculum to plan and provide engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Supervise children and consistently maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Create a warm, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom atmosphere
- Communicate positively, professionally, and effectively with parents and families
- Complete required child assessments and documentation
- Work collaboratively and professionally with fellow staff members
- Participate in Professional Development Trainings as required
- Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
- Follow all center policies, procedures, and applicable childcare regulations
- Participate in Keystone STARS
Qualifications:
- Teaching experience is required
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred
- A genuine love and passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, responsible, and professional
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment

- FBI Fingerprint clearance
- NSOR (Sex Offender)
- Child Abuse
- Criminal Record
- Mandated Reporter Training
- Health and Safety Training
