Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in direct services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing evidence-based interventions, conducting comprehensive assessments, and supporting clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions. The BCBA- Direct Services will lead behavioral programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest standards of patient care in both clinical and home-based settings. BCBA must be in-network with Amerigroup Insurance.
Duties
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors across various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Extensive background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including conducting functional assessments such as FBA and functional analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans effectively across diverse populations.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
