Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a passionate and certified Infant or Toddler Teacher to join our dynamic early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social skills.
- Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring safety, hygiene, and comfort at all times.
- Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
- Engage children in educational activities that incorporate Montessori principles, physical education, and play-based learning strategies.
- Support children with special education needs through early intervention techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns.
- Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable to monitor developmental progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons that integrate math, literacy, and other core subjects tailored to individual needs.
Experience
- Valid certification as an Infant or Toddler Teacher with demonstrated experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Proven classroom experience in early childhood education environments, including private schools or daycare centers.
- Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques specific to infants and toddlers.
- Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and behavior management strategies.
- Experience working with diverse learners using methods such as Montessori or other child-centered educational approaches.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
