Gather the information needed to understand each client's service needs, scope, location, timing, and budget.
-
Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients throughout the sales cycle — scheduling, availability, proposal status, and next steps.
-
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
-
Develop a strong working knowledge of CORE Safety Group's full service offering to effectively position solutions and identify upsell opportunities.
-
Represent CORE Safety Group at industry trade shows, client meetings, and networking events to generate new leads.

Prepare and issue proposals, quotes, and service agreements using company pricing and templates, tailored to each client's needs.
-
Ensure proposals accurately reflect scope of services, pricing, schedule, and client requirements.
-
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close new business and renew existing accounts.

Actively follow up on outstanding proposals and quotes to move opportunities toward close.
-
Coordinate with management on pricing, scope, or contract terms that fall outside established guidelines.

Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all proposals, quotes, and their status in the sales pipeline.
-
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals.
-
Accurately maintain client, prospect, and opportunity information in the CRM and other company systems.
-
Track and report on pipeline status, forecasts, and win/loss trends for leadership review.
