Youngstedt Companies, a local and family-owned Car Wash & Detail Center, is now hiring Customer Service / Sales Associates at our location in Excelsior.
We are seeking friendly, outgoing, dependable and customer oriented individuals preferably with cashier or customer service experience.
As a Customer Service / Sales Associate, you are the first person to interact with a customer and assess the needs of the customer by providing an optimal experience.
Customer Service / Sales Associates are a vital link between Youngstedts and our customers, serving as a point of contact for the customer to depend on to answer questions and provide information effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers to select optimal car wash or detail service.
- Analyze customer service required and inform of all services tailored to the customer's needs.
- Monitor all customer calls, schedule detail appointments, analyze problems and ensure optimal solutions as well as follow up on all pending issues.
- Educate customers about services and promotions and convey information effectively.
Evening and Weekend Part-Time Shifts Available Immediately
Monday - Friday (3:30 - 8 p.m.)
Weekend Shifts (3:30 - 8 p.m.)
Starting at $16 per hour plus Incentives
