One West Construction, an established commercial construction company located in Kaysville, Utah, is now accepting applications for a temporary, full-time Commercial Construction Superintendent to work onsite in Casper, Wyoming, with various commercial projects including office buildings, hotels, and multi-use manufacturing space.
One West Construction has been in operation since 2006. Although One West Construction has experience in building office and warehouse space, the vast majority of its completed projects have been public charter schools in Utah, Idaho, Ohio, and Michigan. One West is seeking to expand and grow their commercial business.

What You Need to Be Considered:
- Minimum of five years commercial construction experience and experience in the field
- Must have a general knowledge of commercial construction practices
- Must be able to read and understand instructions, plans, construction documents, work order, safety rules, and applicable manuals
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Estimating software (Timberline, OST, Planswift, etc.), Project Management software (Prolog or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands with minimal supervision.
- Ability to demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct and document job progress/jobsite meetings.
What you Will Get To Do:
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and follow OSHA regulations
- Attend and participate in recurring meetings
- Schedule and execute on site work with the construction schedule
- Ensure that all required testing and inspections are completed for the project
- Create and maintain an accurate and detailed set of as-built drawings
- Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands with minimal supervision.
- Participate in and documenting job progress and jobsite meetings.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
