Lead Electrician
Responsibilities:
- Lead residential and/or commercial electrical installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes.
- Supervise and mentor helpers and apprentices.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site.
Qualifications:
- Proven electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Electrician Helper
Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Load and organize materials and tools.
- Pull wire, install devices, and perform basic electrical tasks under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Learn the electrical trade from experienced professionals.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and work hard.
- Construction or electrical experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
