Body Wellness® Fitness & Management LLC is seeking enthusiastic, certified Swim Instructors to join our team and provide high-quality swimming instruction in beautiful private gated communities in the West Delray Beach and Boynton Beach areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Swim Instructor who enjoys working with people, values safety, and wants the flexibility of teaching in welcoming residential communities. Lessons may be held at a community pool or a resident's private pool.
The Opportunity
As a Body Wellness® Swim Instructor, you will help children and adults develop confidence, water safety skills, and swimming abilities in a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment.
You will work with swimmers of different ages and skill levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to more experienced swimmers looking to improve their technique.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional swimming instruction to students of various ages and ability levels.
- Create a fun, encouraging, and positive learning environment.
- Teach appropriate swimming skills and techniques based on each student's ability.
- Follow the Body Wellness® Swim Lessons program and established swimming instruction guidelines.
- Maintain a strong focus on water safety and student well-being.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and families.
- Help students build confidence and enjoy the process of learning to swim.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Current Swim Instructor certification through the American Red Cross or another recognized aquatic/swim instruction organization.
- CPR certification is strongly preferred/required as applicable.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
- Ability to work with swimmers of different ages and skill levels.
- A strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
- Alignment with the mission and philosophy of Body Wellness®.
