Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mobile Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide flexible, community-based therapeutic services directly to individuals and families in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers. Your expertise will help clients overcome behavioral challenges, develop coping skills, and improve overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, art therapy, and other intervention types to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster motivation for change and enhance engagement in treatment.
- Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies and conflict management skills.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of services.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and case notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Collect data on client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly to optimize outcomes.
Skills
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or other behavioral health needs.
- Strong knowledge of mental health counseling, psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluation, and case management practices.
- Skilled in crisis management, crisis intervention, and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for individual and group counseling sessions with children and families.
- Familiarity with home & community care environments and experience providing services in diverse settings.
- Ability to apply trauma-informed care principles such as PTSD care while supporting clients through recovery processes.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
