Service Technician/ Equipment Mechanic
Ditch Witch® PRO provides equipment and services to find, place, and re-habilitate underground infrastructure. The dealership is the authorized representative for Ditch Witch® horizontal directional drills (HDD), vacuum excavators, trenchers, plows, and Hammerhead trenchless.
Our team is searching for a Service Technician to help support customers in one of our South Texas stores; working with local personnel, as well as fellow team members in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Description: Dealership Service Technician
Dealership Service Technician Job Purpose: Maintain, repair and set up machines in support of the dealerships’ business and customers.
Dealership Service Technician Job Duties:
Must provide their own tools
Organizes work by reviewing daily requirements; checking and gathering supplies.
Completes equipment repairs involving mechanical, electric and hydraulic systems
Performs make- ready jobs such as installing attachments and mounting systems.
General shop organization and cleaning.
Records labor times.
Maintains safe environment by monitoring pedestrian traffic; following standards and procedures.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading service publications.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Equipment Maintenance and Repair, Lifting, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Reporting Research Results, Self-Motivated, Excellent Judgment, Results Driven, Quality Focused, Productivity Driven, and Safety Management.
Must have a current and valid Texas Driver’s License

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
