Clinical Responsibilities
-Perform comprehensive outpatient evaluations in the home setting
-Develop individualized, functional treatment plans
-Treat orthopedic, neurological, balance, vestibular, and post-surgical patients
-Progress patients through strength, mobility, and functional independence goals
-Deliver skilled, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
-Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
-Manage a consistent caseload within your service area

Qualifications
-Active Florida Physical Therapy License
-Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
-BLS/CPR Certification
-Strong communication and time-management skills
-Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting
Outpatient experience is highly valued. Home visit experience is a plus but not required.
Strong clinical reasoning and progression-focused treatment planning are essential.
Certifications such as CSCS, manual therapy training, or vestibular specialization are welcomed.
