Fitzgerald Hospitality Group and First Class Catering seek to add friendly and reliable banquet servers to our team. This role involves primarily serving catered events at off-site locations in the central Indiana area. We are looking for team-mates who demonstrate excellent customer service, maintain a positive attitude, and ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
The most successful candidates will be comfortable with every day looking different and will take pride in working hard to give clients memories that will last a lifetime during their special events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading catering equipment and food at our home office and commissary kitchen
- Set up tables, buffet stations, and beverage areas according to event specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members and event supervisors
- Break down event setup and ensure all equipment is properly packed for transport
- Provide exceptional guest service at all times
Hours are variable by season, but will primarily be on weekends and will be higher in frequency during peak wedding season . The vast majority of the time, schedules will be made well in advance as most events are booked several months out. No experience? Those who may lack experience but who are looking for flexible additional part time income are encouraged to apply.
