Reliant Services is seeking experienced excavation sub companies to support residential water and sewer line projects throughout the Philadelphia area.
We are looking for established excavation companies with their own crews, equipment, and experience who are interested in consistent work throughout the year. Qualified subcontractors can expect opportunities ranging from 1–3 projects per day.
Compensation
- Water Service Line Repairs: $1,500 per project
- Sewer Spot Repairs: $2,500 per project
- Sewer Lateral Replacements: $3,200 per project
Payment Terms
- Net 30
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
Contractor Responsibilities
Subcontractors are responsible for providing:
- Excavation Tools & equipment
- Shoring and trench safety equipment
- Experienced excavation personnel
- All labor required to complete the project
- Materials required to complete the project
- Permit cost for the project
- Site restoration and cleanup
- Compliance with all OSHA, state, and local safety requirements
Requirements
- Experience performing residential water and sewer excavations
- Ability to safely excavate and repair utility lines
- Proper insurance coverage
- Reliable transportation and equipment
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
