Job Summary
Patriot Contractors is seeking a hand-on and experienced Crusher Foreman to lead and run crusher operations at various construction sites. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily crusher activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining optimal equipment performance. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and safety standards across the operation, contributing to the successful completion of projects on time. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate crusher operations, including setup, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of crushing equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture among team members
- Oversee heavy equipment operation such as loaders, excavators, to support crushing activities
- Conduct regular inspections of crushers and related machinery; coordinate repairs or fabrication as needed to minimize downtime
- Manage inventory related to crusher supplies, spare parts, and materials.
- Train and mentor crew members on equipment operation, machining practices, and safety procedures
- Maintain detailed records of daily production metrics, maintenance logs, safety incidents, and equipment inspections
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation within construction or manufacturing environments
- Experience including inventory management of tools, parts, and materials related to crushing operations
- Knowledge of safety standards relevant to heavy machinery operation and construction sites
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience as a foreman required
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics; comfortable working with mechanical drawings and fabrication plans
- OSHA30 for Construction
- Reliable transportation around Clark County, Nevada a must
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
