Established cleaning company looking for enthusiastic, experienced cleaners.
Looking for those that can take direction, work independently and with a team, have your own transportation, and know the value of good customer service. You must be able to climb ladders and stairs, carry at least 15 lbs. We do use chemicals in our cleaning.
We offer a flexible schedule. We work Monday-Friday. We start each day at 9am, and are usually done by 3pm-4pm, but can work as late as 5pm-6pm. Your hours each day will be determined by the schedule of the day.
We work at apartment properties in the Greensboro and Burlington Areas.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
-Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have the ability to work at least 6 hours per day, sometimes longer.
