JOB DESCRIPTION
Become an integral member of our pest management team by:
· Follow Scheduled Route
· Complete Pestpac and Work Orders daily
· Maintain work vehicle & equipment in proper working order
· Keep work vehicle stocked with supplies
· Know and follow proper chemical labels
· Know and follow all OSHA and EPA guidelines and requirements
· Able to work overtime during busy periods
· Communicate productively with coworkers and customers
· Resolve problems with win-win solutions in the moment
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Track record of exceeding customers’ expectations
· 2 points or less on driving record
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Pest control experience is preferred but not required-we will train you!
· Must be willing to get an Ohio Commercial Pesticide Applicator License-we will help you with this!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Working in other peoples homes
· Phones and other related equipment will be provided
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, crawl through attics, use a ladder to access roofs, and inspect crawl spaces.

EPM has developed special expertise working with multi-unit residential property management companies – and their site managers and residents – to keep pests at bay across all their properties while reducing overall pest management expenditures. EPM’s proprietary work order software gives property managers real-time insight into potential pest problems, even before they become full infestations, to ensure pests aren’t merely controlled, they’re preventatively managed.
