PRODUCTION AUDITOR TRAINER
Hours: full-time position.
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Serve as a technical resource / liaison for both Quality Assurance and Production.
- Support daily production activities by auditing production training effectiveness of operators and product produced.
- Provide mentoring as needed to Operators and Production Technicians and provide feedback to Quality with any concerns regarding product being produced.
- Detailed on the job Operator Training on all levels.
- In person training on production documents (WI, IP, QA…etc.)
- New operator
- New Work Order
- Evaluate all Work Order requirements
- Evaluate operator performance
- Provide training, support and mentor to production personnel
- Audit work centers for problem areas and additional on the job training needs
- Verify BOM / WI / WO to confirm information/requirements where applicable.
- Audit production paper for GMP requirements.
- Be able to effectively operate equipment as required.
- Work with Quality on MRB and NCR process.
- Audit of work instructions as used in on the job training, suggesting modifications as needed.
- Add any support necessary to production personnel, help inspector with visual inspection of product.
- Knowledge of production document change / approval process.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment, adheres to all safety procedures, and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Wear company issued personal protective equipment (PPE) such as uniforms, gloves, hairnets.
- Other duties as assigned.
