Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable individual to join us as part of our Construction Management Team.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to support our team and clients throughout vital stages of construction projects. This position is primarily office-based and focused on project coordination, communication, documentation, and oversight. If you are passionate about maintenance and contracting this role is for you. While prior office experience is required, we value your potential, drive, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our operations team to develop action plans based on reporting and post home assessment
- Provide insight and oversight when needed regarding specific job type requirements
- Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with clients, contractors, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate critical thinking abilities to solve problems, reason effectively, and analyze project-related challenges.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Telecommunications Software proficiently to manage project documentation, including document scanning and paperless storage.
- Maintain impeccable organizational skills, ensuring speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in all project-related tasks.
- Thrive in a fast-paced office environment, effectively handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Follow directions and procedures diligently to ensure project success.
- Adapt seamlessly to a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.

- General construction knowledge
- Understanding of permitting and construction requirements
- Strong critical thinking abilities, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Telecommunications Software, along with document scanning and paperless document storage.
- Impeccable organization skills, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced office environment.
