Maryland Luxury Cleaning Services (MLCS) is hiring Temporary Residential Cleaners for our annual turnover project.
This is a fast-paced opportunity to earn consistent hours while working with a professional team. Strong performers may be offered long-term employment after the project.

Position Details
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Project Dates: Approximately July 31 – August 25
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed)
- Minimum Shift: 8 hours per day
- Location: Baltimore City & Towson, MD
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience
- Ability to work at least 8-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
What You'll Do
- Clean vacant apartments for new residents
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail apartments
- Follow company quality standards and daily production goals
Advancement Opportunities
We are also hiring Lead Cleaners at $17.00 per hour.
To qualify for a Lead Cleaner position, you must have:
- At least 3 years of residential cleaning experience
- Proven leadership or team lead experience
- Ability to train, motivate, and oversee a cleaning crew while maintaining quality standards
Long-Term Opportunities
This is a seasonal position; however, high-performing employees may be offered permanent positions with Maryland Luxury Cleaning Services after the project concludes.
