As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in SNF facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Diagnosing and managing endocrine conditions under the supervision of a physician.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Educating patients about their conditions and promoting overall health and wellness.

We’re seeking candidates who bring expertise, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- A valid and current license to practice as a PA or NP in California.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
