Job Title: Housekeeper Full Time
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $18-20/hr

As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain resident units / laundry, and shared spaces while supporting our values of People, Passion, and Excellence. Your attention to detail, kindness, and pride in your work help ensure our community feels like home for residents, families, and fellow team members.
Essential Duties:
- Clean resident apartments and community common areas according to schedule and checklist.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to keep our environment fresh and inviting.
- Remove trash and follow proper waste disposal procedures.
- Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to help keep everyone safe.
- Complete cleaning logs and checklists accurately.
- Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, sorting, and hanging items.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the Community.
- Attend required training and educational sessions.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including PPE use.
- Present a professional appearance and contribute to a positive, team-focused atmosphere.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Other Duties:
- Protect the confidentiality and privacy of residents and business information.
- Greet residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Accept no gifts or additional payments beyond agreed salary.
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Support excellent customer service and advocate for our residents.
Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior housekeeping or related experience preferred, but not required.
- Meets state-related requirements, if applicable.
- First Aid certification may be required depending on state regulations.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ability to complete cleaning tasks safely and efficiently.
- Clear communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Compassionate, positive team player with a respectful demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Must pass criminal background check, health screening, and TB clearance as required.
- Willingness to assist during emergencies or evacuations if needed.
- Adherence to company appearance and dress code standards.
